In Valle d’Aosta on the road that leads from Chatillon to Cervinia through the Valtournenche to the slopes of the majestic Mount Cervino. The departure of this journey takes place by the Chatillon-Saint Vincent.
Leaving Chatillon behind, the route heads in the direction of Champlong, Chissin, Antey Saint Andrè, Poutaz, Buisson, Nuarsaz, Ussin, reaching the clear waters of Lake Mayen, set on a plateau surrounded by high rocky mountains in an environment typical of the Valle d’Aosta.
We pass through the dense woods and pastures of the village of Mayen, reaching Valtournenche from where the name of the whole valley originates, a town famous for having given birth to the most famous Matterhorn Guides.
Our itinerary continues crossing Crepin, Losanche, Le Lou, the 2 hamlets of Singlin, Les Perreres up to Cervinia under the slopes of the Matterhorn.
